How to Charter Your Own Private Yacht in 4 Easy Steps

Step 1: After a day of wandering around the island, find a dock from which to watch a sunset, preferably one with a large yacht tied to it.

Step 2: Dare yourself to shimmy along the rope to get onto the vessel.

Step 3: When the owners show up and catches you in the act, smile shamelessly and ask if they will take you for a ride. While you’re at it, ask them if they will drop you off at a private resort at an inaccessible part of the island.

Step 4: Try to stifle your shit eating grin when you find yourself watching a beautiful sunset from the top deck of a private yacht chartered just for you. Try to look cool as you tour the private cabanas, the tiled pool with a whale shark mosaic at the bottom, and take another motor boat back to the land of the common people.

Remember:  If you don’t ask, the answer is no anyway right?

I knew you would have a book worth of adventures to share…each crazier then the next. Many of these I haven’t heard…I can’t believe you survived those years of travel. You are up for anything. Great read…enjoying the laughs.
